Accessibility statement

Last updated: October 13, 2026

We want ecommetrica.com to be usable with a keyboard, with a screen reader and on screens of different sizes. We use the WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines as our reference.

This statement describes the current state of the site. It does not claim that the site meets every guideline: the known limitations are listed below.

What we have done

On October 13, 2026 we ran the axe automated tool on the main pages of the site in Spanish and English, and fixed the critical and serious problems it found, except the color contrast ones described under known limitations.

  • A link to skip to the main content when navigating with a keyboard.
  • A mobile menu that works with the keyboard: focus stays inside the menu and Escape closes it.
  • Decorative videos with a pause button; if your system asks for reduced motion, they do not play on their own.
  • Forms with labels and error messages written in text, not only in color.

Known limitations

We are working on these points and will update this statement when they are resolved.

  • Some secondary text and accent-colored buttons do not reach the 4.5:1 contrast ratio in one or more of the visual themes.
  • We have not yet done manual testing with screen readers (NVDA and VoiceOver).
  • Two testimonial videos do not have captions yet.

How we measured

We used automated testing with axe and a keyboard review of the new features. This is not a full conformance audit.
